Harmoni One Convention Hotel: The teams were Golden Swan (Sarawak Rivers Board), Kadico(Kapit District Council), Dragon Fly (Sibu Water Board), Nanas Madu (JKR Sarikei), White Swan (JKR Sibu), Umai (JKR Mukah), Perwira (Land And Survey Sarikei), Terendak (Land and Survey Mukah), 1 Hati (Jais Sarikei), Kaul II (Mukah/Dalat District Council), Sri Nanas (Sarikei District Council), Flying Colours (Sibu Municipal Council), Fortress Emma (Kanowit District Council), Jelas (Sibu Municipal Council), Fast Forward (Sibu Water Board) , DOM (Meradong District Office), Tranformasi (Sarikei District Council), DOS (Song District Office), Evolusi (Lembaga Lada Malaysia) FBI (Sarikei Resident Office), EZ Flow (Sibu Water Board), Harmoni (Sibu National Treasury Department), Berani Inovasi (Sibu Water Board), E-Pro (Sarikei District Office) and SWAN (Education Department, Sibu).
Judges for the convention were state Intan senior programme coordinator Mohd Nazri Ismal and deputy director of Mampu Sarawak branch Cornelia Wong Chui. According to the coordinator of the convention, Dolhadi Marzuki who is also the assistant director of the Human Resources Division in the Chief Minister’s Department, the department has also organised a similar convention for the Northern Zone from May 9 to 10 in Miri that saw the participation of some 14 KIK teams from various government agencies.
“For the Southern Zone, the convention will be held from May 18-20 at Hotel Grand Margherita,” he said, adding that the convention among others was to select KIK teams for the state-level competition to be held tentatively in July this year.
