Howard Shaw: Former Singapore Environment Council executive director Howard Shaw has arrived at the Subordinate Courts on Wednesday, and is set to be one of four more men to be charged for alleged paid sex with an underage prostitute.
It is also understood that a former top banker with a global private bank will be among them.
They come on top of 44 men who were charged for their alleged involvement in a high profile online vice ring on Monday.
